• 5+ years in Talent Management / Development / Talent Acquisition within a multinational environment.
• Ability to manage confidential executive talent placements with full discretion & integrity.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels with the ability to influence.
• Data-driven decision making to support workforce strategy.
• Collaborative team player eager to elevate People & Culture functions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into talent strategies.
• Ensure ongoing succession planning with internal and external options.
• Prepare and enable talent discussions with executives and local teams.
• Coach talents to unlock internal mobility at scale across functions and countries.
• Build pipelines with global and regional colleagues and promote talent marketplace practices.
