Qualifications

• College or University degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in events organization and management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking in a dynamic team.
• High level of responsibility and customer orientation.
• Flexibility for frequent international travel, including short-notice trips.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for international meetings.
• Manage meetings and troubleshooting.
• Communicate with internal and external clients on planning, budgeting, organization and follow-up.
• Conduct market research for destinations/venues.
• Oversee travel arrangements for attendees.
• Review vendor invoices and payments.
• Provide data on meetings expenses to finance.
• Oversee investigators’ reimbursement payments.
• Maintain online registration system.
• Ensure compliance with country policies on interactions with Health Care Professionals.
• Estimate meeting costs for contracts.
