Job summary

IE University is seeking a Project Manager for High Impact Initiatives in Madrid to coordinate and deliver major events across faculties and entrepreneurial programs. You will work closely with the Executive Director to plan graduation ceremonies, opening events, and entrepreneurship initiatives in a dynamic, international team.

The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and on-site event management, with a hybrid work model in Madrid and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing agencies and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above). Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning, production, and execution of events that strengthen IE’s visibility and align with institutional objectives.
• Improve project management processes by refining tools and workflows.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Track project performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise creative and logistical processes from concept to delivery, including on-site events.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to assure alignment and quality delivery.
• Ensure consistency with IE’s brand identity and culture when proposing ideas or initiatives.
