Job summary

Stoïk seeks an Event Manager for Spain & Italy, based in Madrid or Barcelona, to lead a structured calendar of external and internal events. You will support local teams and partner networks, ensuring events align with brand and business goals.

For the first 6 months you will cover Marketing & Communications in Spain and Italy, then transition to a permanent role owning event strategy and execution. Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English is required, with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events, preferably B2B.
• Experience organizing in-person events from A to Z; webinars a plus.
• Marketing experience to cover the Spain/Italy scope for 6 months autonomously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently; on-site presence required in Madrid or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate external events across Spain and Italy.
• Manage full event lifecycle from opportunities to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with sales, partners, venues, agencies and suppliers.
• Ensure events align with Stoïk brand, objectives and local priorities.
• Define KPIs and monitor event performance; share learnings with teams.
• Plan webinars and virtual events; manage materials and merchandising.
