BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Project Manager – Meetings for a Life Science client in Madrid. You will manage end-to-end client events, from sourcing venues to on-site coordination, ensuring high-quality experiences.

You will juggle multiple programs, liaising with clients and vendors, and maintaining budgets. The role requires travel up to 25% and strong English/French communication.

Formación

• Sound experience in meeting/program planning.
• Experience on a Life Sciences client.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• French and English language proficient in both oral and written communications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program development and execution with timelines and budget controls.
• Provide client management guidance on best practices, compliance, and cost savings.
• Create and communicate budgets; reconcile final budgets.
