Job summary

W2M World2meet is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end MICE and sports events across Spain. You will transform client briefs into creative proposals, manage multiple projects, and coordinate hotels, venues, and suppliers to deliver exceptional experiences.

With 3+ years in DMC/MICE, you’ll negotiate contracts, optimize pricing, and ensure on-site excellence. Fluent English and French are required, with willingness to travel; a hybrid working model and Spain-wide travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DMC, MICE, events or corporate travel PM.
• Proven experience creating and presenting proposals for corporate events, incentives, meetings, or sports events.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience with suppliers and venues.
• Excellent destination and supplier knowledge within Spain.
• Experience sourcing unique venues.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Amadeus Selling Connect (pricing, ticketing, reissues, group bookings, queues, Smart Flows, Smart Trigger, Quality Monitor).
• Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• English and French at C1 (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and high-level proposals for MICE and Sports Events clients.
• Manage projects from briefing through execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Source and negotiate with hotels, venues, DMC suppliers, transportation providers, and event partners.
• Analyze contracts, booking conditions, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and operational deadlines.
• Identify exclusive venues across Spain aligned to client objectives.
• Conduct pricing analysis to deliver best value and alternatives.
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead onsite operations during events.
• Work within KPI frameworks established by the DMC Cities unit and W2M.
