Job summary

Deel seeks a General Manager to lead the EOR business end-to-end, owning strategy, growth, and global execution. You will steer P&L, expand into new verticals, and align product, engineering, legal, and operations to scale the platform.

You'll drive global compliance, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle processes while shaping a scalable, tech-enabled EOR offering for complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in GM, operations, or workforce platforms.
• Proven track record scaling large P&L businesses in high-growth environments.
• Experience in global, regulated, and complex operations.
• Ability to lead large matrixed organizations and influence without authority.
• Strategic yet hands-on operator with strong execution discipline.
• Executive presence with C-suite credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the EOR business end-to-end with full P&L and growth strategy.
• Define the roadmap to expand market leadership and verticalize offerings.
• Scale operations, ensure global compliance, onboarding, payroll, lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional execution aligning Product, Eng, GTM, Finance, Legal.
• Advance the product toward a scalable, tech-enabled platform.
• Operate with data to prioritize investments and performance.
• Represent the business internally and externally to key stakeholders.
