Job summary

RemotePass is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the EOR product end to end, working with the CEO and a cross-functional team. You’ll shape the roadmap, lead discovery with customers and operations, and build AI-driven workflows that scale across countries.

You’ll own the lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure country-specific compliance, and partner with Payroll to align product and operations. Remote-first across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products.
• A track record of shipping and scaling a product built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
• Strong discovery skills: you form your own view from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI, both as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Comfortable going deep into employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EOR lifecycle: quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, changes during employment, and offboarding.
• Set the roadmap: decide what gets built and defend those calls.
• Lead discovery: spend time with customers, prospects, employees, and ops teams to set the standard for discovery-led product.
• Turn noise into direction: distill escalations and feedback into a clear view of priorities.
• Go deep on countries: translate employment law and country flows into scalable product.
• Build the machinery behind EOR: own internal platforms and AI agents behind EOR operations.
• Drive execution across time zones: coordinate product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
