Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead and optimize Deel’s global operations strategy. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, build scalable processes, and guide a team focused on efficiency, customer success, and compliance.

You will partner with senior leaders to set KPIs, oversee major programs, and embrace AI-driven improvements across finance, HR, and sales operations. This role demands strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing operational strategies in fast high-growth, global organizations.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing cross-functional operations across diverse business functions.
• Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Deel’s global operations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and talent assessments to elevate organizational standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish operational KPIs and ensure cross-department alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end processes for finance, customer success, HR, and sales operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
• Manage large-scale operational projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Establish a data-driven approach to measure and improve effectiveness.
