Job summary

Deel is seeking a Product Operations Manager to bridge product strategy and execution within the Local Payroll team. You will embed in the product group, ensuring smooth development cycles, stakeholder alignment, and customer‑driven improvements.

You will partner with Product, engineering, support, compliance, and operations across multiple countries to deliver scalable payroll solutions at scale. This role drives impact in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Operations or related roles in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience with payroll, HR tech, or regulated finance is preferred.
• Expert-level Jira administration including workflows and dashboards.
• Ability to build dashboards in Looker/Amplitude or similar BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog governance and triage; maintain Jira workflows.
• Support planning, consolidate feedback, and build data‑driven insights.
• Gather customer feedback from CSAT, tickets and interviews for product.
• Create release plans and align stakeholders across geographies.
• Coordinate with support, sales, and compliance teams for smooth ops.
• Track cross-country dependencies and ensure smooth handovers.
• Build product KPI reports with data teams and dashboards.
• Maintain automation and dashboards using Jira, Zapier or similar.
