Bacardi is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Deployment Support professional in Barcelona to drive local invoicing initiatives across markets. You will coordinate business requirements, ensure standardized processes, and work with Tax, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You will also manage market readiness activities, monitor OTC processes, and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams to ensure a successful Go-Live in a multi-country setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Service, OTC or SAP OTC.
• Experience supporting invoicing, EDI, billing, or compliance-related processes.

Aufgaben

• Support local e-Invoicing implementations for each market.
• Coordinate gathering and documentation of business requirements.
• Ensure standardized e-Invoicing across all markets.
• Collaborate with Tax and Compliance to reflect local regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Technology to translate requirements into solution design.
• Coordinate market readiness activities (UATs, communications, stakeholder engagements).
• Track risks, decisions, issues and actions; escalate blockers.
• Support deployment activities and Go-Live readiness.
• Monitor OTC requirements with Master Data for smooth Go-Live.
