Bacardi is seeking a senior procurement leader in Barcelona to drive global category management for flavours and to craft and implement a robust sourcing strategy. You will coordinate with global and regional teams to align on strategic goals and ensure successful execution across markets.

You will lead supplier negotiations, establish contracts, and promote sustainable sourcing while managing budgets, risks, and performance metrics in a complex international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain roles, with flavour & fragrance or spirits exposure.
• Proven supplier relationships management and complex negotiation experience.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global category management for flavours and develop a global sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders for alignment and sign-off.
• Implement sourcing strategies with regional coaching for successful execution.
• Establish best-in-class contracting, supplier relationship management, and auditable reporting.
• Define the EU regional sourcing approach aligned with procurement principles and category needs.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure value and continuity.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and sustainability targets across the category.
