The Bacardi Espana, S.A. team is seeking an experienced OTC project lead to support local e-Invoicing implementations across markets and coordinate business requirements with Tax, Compliance, and Technology teams.

You will ensure standardized E2E processes, oversee UAT/SIT testing, and support go-live readiness while driving knowledge transfer to the OTC teams. Responsibilities include process documentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration with BES to ensure regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• Understanding OTC end-to-end processes across markets.
• Experience with invoicing, EDI, billing, or compliance-related processes.
• Experience participating in system implementation projects; multi-country exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support local e-Invoicing implementations across markets.
• Coordinate business requirements and ensure regulatory alignment in scope.
• Collaborate with Tax, Compliance, Technology and BES teams for go-live readiness.
• Monitor OPS/OTC performance and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Lead defect tracking, testing (SIT/UAT) and cutover activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to OTC teams.
