Bacardi in Barcelona is seeking a CoE Customer Service Specialist responsible for end-to-end order management across European markets, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

You will collaborate with Tier 3 markets and Bronze customers, applying SLAs and ensuring clear written communication. Join a team that drives continuous improvement and exceptional service quality across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and process consistency.
• Fluent in English and French; strong written communication.
• Proficient in SAP order-to-cash processes and transactional service.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the full transactional order management cycle across multiple European markets with accuracy and speed.
• Support Tier 3 markets and Bronze customers with clear, professional communication across Europe.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Partners to align on customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Apply Service Strategy and SLAs to prioritize and tailor service delivery.
• Monitor order/data integrity and drive corrective actions in transactional processes.
• Escalate complex issues to regional teams for timely resolution and minimal customer impact.
• Manage and resolve customer tickets with high responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Identify and propose process improvements to optimize efficiency and service quality.
