Bacardi seeks a seasoned finance professional in Barcelona to execute financial analysis, prepare concise reports, and support planning for Global Functions. You will forecast, monitor investments, explain variances to Plan and Actuals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel modelling, data extraction from SAP/SAP BI/TM1, and the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global function environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial analysis frameworks, reports and models.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Global Function leads with financial information in a concise and insightful way explaining variances vs Plan and vs Actuals.
• Monthly forecasting and monitoring of Structure Investments, challenging markets where overspends occur and flagging any risks and opportunities to Global Functions.
• Support the Annual Planning Process for the organizations Global Functions, including the creation of plan templates, data analysis and validation, review with budget owners and system submissions.
• Collaborate with Global Functions teams to align forecasts with strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Development presentations, papers or reports for key stakeholders and standing meetings.
• Extract, organize and analyze information and data from financial systems for reporting, problem solving or ad hoc query answering.
• Responsible for Master Data (Profit and Cost Centers) for Global Functions.
