Job summary

LLUCH ESSENCE, S.L.U. is a family company in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona, specializing in essential oils and aromatic chemicals. The Customer Service role reports to the Customer Service Manager and acts as liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure service levels.

You will handle inquiries, create offers, process orders in SAP, manage stock, and update contracts and databases. Two years' experience and SAP knowledge are required; French/German/Italian is a plus, with

Qualifications

Business degree or similar is required.
Desirable: perfume/fragrance qualification.
Two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Customer representative within the organization acting as liaison between customers and other departments.
Answer customer queries via e-mail and telephone with high service level.
Create commercial offers in the system per customer requirements.
Receipt, management and registration of sales orders in SAP including tracking and stock updates.
Stock control and allocation in open orders.
Manage and track sample orders and process returns/complaints.
Maintain customer contracts in the system; periodic review; update SAP customer data.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding deadlines, delays, and stock availability.
