Eurofragance, headquartered in Barcelona, seeks a Commercial Back-office professional to support the Sales Community and clients. You will handle order-to-cash tasks in SAP/Procis, maintain customer data, and coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to ensure smooth order Flow.

You will assist Key Account Managers, prepare quotations, manage pricing campaigns, and contribute to cross-functional projects to optimize systems. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Three years of experience in customer service, preferably in industry or production.
• Advanced level of English; Spanish is desirable.
• Results oriented, autonomous and able to solve problems, negotiate and collaborate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service and support to the internal Sales Community and clients with timely, accurate assistance.
• Manage order-to-cash processes using SAP/Procis and maintain customer data.
• Coordinate with logistics, planning and regulatory teams for orders and documentation.
• Prepare quotations and engage in cross functional projects to optimize systems.
• Support Key Account Managers and handle non-conformities, sample requests and pricing.
