Axalta seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Asturias, Spain facility. You will receive and process customer orders and provide service information to external customers, including complex and export orders, to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years in a customer-facing role, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced German and English, and SAP knowledge is beneficial. French language is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-oriented position.
• Advanced fluency in German and English language skills.
• Professional French level would be a valuable asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for external customers and handle inquiries.
• Receive and process regular and complex orders, including export orders.
• Proactively notify late orders and manage complaints/returns per policies.
• Ensure data integrity across master data, invoicing, inventory and pricing.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply chain, credit, data management, carriers and customers.
