Eastman is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Sales Administration in the Getafe area near Madrid. The role focuses on maintaining an optimal order management process, ensuring on-time deliveries, and coordinating logistics while handling customer inquiries and order screening against forecasts.

Candidates should have aBachelor’s degree, experience in customer service or internal sales in international settings, and familiarity with SAP/NAVISION/ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales in an International environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP/NAVISION/ERP system is preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and INCO terms plus related customs procedures and documentation.
• Fluent in English is preferred.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle order entry and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and service level issues with a proactive mindset.
• Screen orders against forecasts and provide market insights based on trends.
