Enerpac Tool Group Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Alcobendas, Madrid, to support South East Europe. The role combines on-site and remote work, collaborating with Sales, Order Desk, Operations and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian, Spanish and English, with prior experience in customer service or sales support across multiple countries. A proactive approach and strong CRM/ERP skills are essential.

Formación

• Fluent Italian, Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with customers across different countries or international environments is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a main contact for customers across SE Europe, handling inquiries and ongoing support.
• Coordinate and manage customer orders from inquiry to completion.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on proposals.
• Collaborate with Central Order Desk, Sales and internal teams to progress orders.
• Keep customers informed on order status, delivery times, and updates.
• Maintain customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems and reports.
