Spring GDS in Spain is seeking a Sales Consultant Support to help acquire, onboard, develop and retain clients in a dynamic international logistics environment. You will work closely with Sales, Operations and CX teams to coordinate service implementations, resolve incidents, and grow the client portfolio.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years in client prospecting or sales support, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client prospecting or sales support.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is highly valued.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Proven ability in commercial prospecting and client engagement.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and identify new prospects.
• Qualify prospects through calls and outreach.
• Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio.
• Resolve client incidents and inquiries and coordinate with Operations.
• Present post-sales service with CX team and monitor performance by country.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders for execution and updates in CRM.
