Vitra International AG in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Professional Customer & Sales Support to manage end-to-end order processing in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate with sales teams, partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery and high service levels across our international footprint.

The role requires 3+ years in customer or sales support, strong language skills in Spanish and English, and experience with ERP systems (SAP is advantageous).

Formación

• Completed commercial or technical education.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, or Order Management within a B2B environment.
• Strong customer and service orientation with ownership.
• Resilient, flexible, proactive in an international setting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery process with timely fulfillment and high service quality.
• Process customer orders for new products and spare parts in SAP.
• Act as central point of contact for sales teams, international partners, and customers.
• Monitor customer orders and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate production and delivery dates with production planning and internal stakeholders.
• Clarify technical product questions between customers and production teams.
• Assess feasibility and pricing for customized product requests, including fabric enquiries.
• Organize transportation with freight forwarders.
• Prepare invoices and credit/debit notes; support complaints and returns.
