Job summary

Deel is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager on the Customer Education team to design and deliver training that helps customers maximize value from our platform. You will run live workshops, build tailored programs for strategic accounts, and support certification and self-serve learning offerings.

Some travel to deliver on-site training is expected. You will partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing to ensure content stays aligned with product releases and business goals, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer education, customer training, enablement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience facilitating live, instructor-led training (virtual and/or in person) for external audiences.
• Experience designing custom training sessions or programs based on audience needs and business goals.
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, including creating self-paced content.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), webinar and virtual training tools, or certification platforms.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to improve training.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Live instructor-led training: plan and deliver engaging sessions for customers, travel to sites as needed.
• Design custom training programs with cross-functional teams for strategic accounts and new product rollouts.
• Develop facilitator guides, decks, exercises, demos, and job aids for practical sessions.
• Convert live content into self-paced courses and learning paths for broader access.
• Support certification tracks and exams to validate customer skills.
• Drive registration and attendance for training and certification through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to keep content aligned with releases.
• Track metrics like attendance, completion, CSAT, and adoption impact to improve sessions.
