Job summary

Pleo is seeking an Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team. You will own the delivery and measurable impact of enablement programmes across Go-to-Market functions, reporting to the Revenue Operations Director and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Product.

You’ll drive adoption at scale, measure ROI with dashboards, and partner with leaders to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Enablement or GTM-adjacent experience 3–5 years.
• Programme delivery capability from design through adoption.
• Data analysis and dashboard reporting tied to commercial outcomes.
• Stakeholder management with commercial leaders and function heads.
• Fluency in English; extra European language (Spanish) a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement programme delivery for GTM functions.
• Run intake process and calendar for enablement requests.
• Drive adoption and behaviour change with live sessions and materials.
• Measure impact and report ROI with dashboards linking to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Product.
