Job summary

Deel is seeking a skilled immigration mobility leader to manage end-to-end client mobility programs and be the primary contact for immigration and relocation queries. You will work across GTM, Product, and Sales to identify opportunities and deliver compliant solutions that scale globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in immigration case management, global mobility coordination, global immigration program building, or international HR support.
• Working knowledge of business immigration processes in at least one major jurisdiction, with exposure to multi-country programs.
• Experience coordinating with external immigration attorneys and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client mobility programs, coordinating with leaders and immigration specialists to design compliant solutions.
• Monitors program health and drives continuous improvement; serves as the day-to-day point of contact for immigration setup questions.
• Provides high-quality responses on immigration and relocation queries based on industry knowledge.
• Drives revenue opportunities by collaborating with GTM, Product, and Sales to grow Deel’s Mobility business.
• Partners with Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, and clients to embed immigration and mobility expertise into Deel’s platform.
