Job summary

Straumann Group seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise apps) and enable global test management within Global Business Applications. Lead CSV strategy, governance and training across IT and QA, reporting to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in CSV/QM/Test/PM, leadership experience, and fluency in English, with a hybrid work location in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, QM or related field.
10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with at least 2 years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11 regulations.
GxP regulations and documentation best practices in regulated industries, English fluency.

Responsibilities

Manage validation documentation (SDLC) with stakeholders end-to-end.
Provide CSV guidance to implementation or update project teams.
Improve CSV standards in line with regulatory changes and IT/QA.
Lead Test Management for Business Applications and initiatives like S/4HANA.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Test Management and Compliance teams.
Train, guide and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and testing approaches.
Collaborate with SAP and other business application stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Participate in internal and external audits if needed.
