Straumann Group is seeking a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions and enable global test capabilities across Global Business Applications. You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and collaborate with IT, QA, and compliance teams.

The role requires 10+ years in CSV, QM, and project management, with deep expertise in GxP and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex11
• Experience with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, S/4HANA) and validation
• Ability to drive CSV standards & documentation across IT/QA

Aufgaben

• Lead validation activities and review SDLC documents
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards
• Define and implement Test Management for major initiatives
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance and IT stakeholders
• Provide training on CSV standards and test approaches
• Collaborate with SAP and other business applications teams
