Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions and enable global test management for its Global Business Applications department. You will contribute to major initiatives across the organization as part of our digital transformation journey.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and collaborate with IT, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and high-quality project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CSV, QM, Test and Project Management experience.
• Experience with GxP regulations (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex 11).
• Knowledge of validated software delivery for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review all validation documentation across SDLC.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards and validation processes.
• Define and implement Test Management for Business Applications (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance.
