Straumann Group seeks a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions like SAP and Salesforce, enabling global test management for the Global Business Applications department. The ideal candidate will bring deep CSV and Test Management expertise for enterprise applications.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and contribute to major initiatives during digital transformation and business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and PM
• Experience with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11
• Strong documentation and audit readiness

Responsabilités

• Manage and review validation docs across SDLC with stakeholders
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams
• Improve CSV standards in line with IT and QA
• Define and implement Test Management for SAP and major initiatives
• Coordinate with QA/compliance to ensure deliverables meet CSV guidelines
• Coordinate local CSV/QA reps for global compliance
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards
• Collaborate with IT SAP and business stakeholders for compliance
• Participate in internal/external audits as needed
