Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications. The role supports Global Business Applications and reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery.

The candidate will lead validation activities, drive test management integration with lifecycle strategy, and collaborate with IT, QA, and compliance teams across global locations.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and PM with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Fluent English; other languages an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead validation activities across SDLC and regulatory docs.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Improve CSV standards and alignment with IT/QA.
• Define and implement Test Management for major initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance and IT stakeholders for CSV deliverables.
• Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other business applications teams for compliance.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
