Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation for SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications. You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and lead global CSV initiatives.

Hybrid work arrangement with Madrid and Wroclaw offices, including two remote days per week. The role requires 10+ years in CSV/QM/PM and fluent English. Candidates with GxP experience and SAP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with leadership responsibility.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex 11).
• Ability to establish and adapt CSV/documentation best practices in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSV and Test Management for Enterprise Business Applications (SAP/Salesforce) and drive validation across programs.
• Provide guidance to project teams on computerized systems validation (CSV).
• Continuously improve CSV standards in alignment with IT and QA teams.
• Define, drive, and implement Test Management for Business Applications and initiatives like S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance, and stakeholders to ensure CSV deliverables meet requirements.
• Coordinate local CSV/QA reps to fulfill global CSV compliance.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other IT stakeholders for compliance and project quality.
• Participate in internal/external audits when needed.
