Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation for SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications as part of Global Business Applications. You will lead validation strategy, test plans, and traceability, aligning with regulatory standards and IT/QA teams.

The role requires 10+ years in CSV and project management, with leadership experience and fluency in English. Hybrid work model with two remote days per week, based in Madrid or other listed locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex11 for CSV.
• Experience with Enterprise Business Applications and IT/QA alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams during implementations.
• Improve CSV standards and regulatory compliance with IT and QA.
• Define and drive Test Management for Business Applications and major initiatives.
• Coordinate with QA and Compliance for alignment to CSV guidelines.
• Lead local CSV/QA reps to meet global compliance requirements.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and business application stakeholders to ensure project quality.
