Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive the delivery of validated software solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications. You will enable Global Test Management within our Global Business Applications department and report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery.

In this hybrid role, based at our Madrid office with two remote days per week, you will lead validation activities, coach teams, and

Qualifications

10+ years in CSV, QM, test and project management.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of GxP requirements.
Experience with SAP and enterprise applications.
Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Validate and review validation documentation across SDLC in collaboration with stakeholders.
Provide CSV guidance to project teams.
Improve CSV standards aligned with IT and QA.
Define, drive and implement Test Management for Business Applications.
Coordinate CSV compliance with QA and Compliance teams.
Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards.
Collaborate with SAP and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Participate in audits when needed.
