Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, pay banding, incentive plans, and ensuring legal compliance across EU and international regions.
Formación
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional certification is an asset.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package aligned with PSI strategy and goals.
- Support Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager in maintaining consistent strategy.
- Make data-based decisions on direct and indirect compensation plans.
- Support Finance with budgets and year-end bonus processes and analyses.
- Ensure compliance of compensation programs with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates.
- Research trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Assess competitors’ compensation plans and recommend enhancements.
- Provide subject-matter support to internal stakeholders on compensation issues.
