Destinus, an international engineering organization, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead compensation and benefits strategies across countries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant, and scalable programs and to implement pay transparency and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or related HR field.
• Experience in international, multi-country environments.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and salary structures.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Support design and implementation of international salary structures, job levels, bands, and reward frameworks.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis using external surveys and data.
• Coordinate annual compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, bonus cycles, and variable compensation programs.
• Provide data-driven compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, internal mobility, and other changes.
• Develop compensation guidelines and communications for HR, managers, and employees.
• Monitor regulatory developments across countries, including pay transparency and equal-pay requirements.
