FineFinish Engineering and INT Terminal Travel Group seek an experienced Assistant to the CEO to support our leaders across the USA and Sri Lanka, driving international engagement and strategic initiatives. The role requires a proactive, process‑oriented professional who can operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.

You will manage schedules, coordinate international meetings, and prepare executive presentations while collaborating with diverse teams to advance our businesses

Formación

• MBA or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management and coordination of international meetings.
• Communicate with global clients, understanding and adapting to different cultural contexts.
• Serve as a liaison, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in interactions locally and internationally.
• Develop and present business presentations to a global audience.
• Lead and encourage a team environment that values intellect, positivity, and cultural sensitivity.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Make independent, culturally informed decisions in a dynamic business context.
