Docplanner Group is seeking a Head of Analytics to lead a small team across 13 markets from a remote‑first setup with most colleagues in Spain. You will coach analysts, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions for Individual Doctors & Clinics.

You will partner with VPs and stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics, champion AI‑first practices, and scale dashboards using Looker and Tableau across markets.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in analytics with 1–2 years leading analysts.
• Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred); Python is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable automations and data models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a 2-3 person analytics team in an AI‑first environment.
• Coach analysts on technical skills and impactful analysis.
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to land work.
• Propose and run experiments (A/B tests) to inform decisions.
