Docplanner is seeking an analytics leader to guide a small team across 13 markets, building scalable data models and dashboards in Looker/Tableau. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, collaborating with VP-level leaders across global and local teams.

This remote-first role is based with Spain in mind, with Madrid or Barcelona ideal. You will coach analysts, drive AI-first initiatives, and ensure analytics deliver measurable business impact across

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar).
• 5+ years analytics experience, including 1-2 years leading analysts.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred); Python is a plus.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automations and scalable data models.
• Digest complex data into business language and present insights to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the analytics team (2-3 analysts) with agile practices.
• Coach analysts to improve technical and professional skills.
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to deliver impact.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and dashboards (Looker/Tableau).
• Bridge business needs with data teams (BI, Data Platform, Product Analytics).
• Create AI-generated insights and translate metrics for decision-making.
