Docplanner is seeking a data-driven Analytics professional to join Global CS Ops & Analytics. You’ll partner with the VP of your business line to deliver dashboards, data models, and experiments that drive growth across 13 markets.

Your role blends reporting with statistical modelling, championing AI-first analytics and scalable automation while bridging business and data teams to inform strategic decisions. Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of analytics experience as an individual contributor.
• Strong SQL skills (Amazon Redshift preferred) and Python for stats/prediction.
• Knowledge of statistical modelling (regression, forecasting, A/B testing).
• Experience with dashboards for non-technical audiences (Superset/Tableau).
• Able to translate data into business language and tell a clear story.
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own reporting, dashboards, and data models for your business line (Tableau/Superset).
• Build scalable automations across markets and ensure data outputs follow standards.
• Develop analytical and predictive models and MVPs for handoff to Data Science.
• Engage in AI-first analytics workflows and contribute to reusable code libraries.
• Bridge business and data teams, translating requirements and aligning timelines.
• Lead deep dives and experiments (A/B tests, etc.) to drive decisions.
• Prioritize workload and align with stakeholders on what matters most.
