Docplanner Group is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to manage a small team and drive insights across 13 markets. You will shape AI-first analytics, build scalable data models, and deliver dashboards for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with VP-level partners to surface opportunities and guide data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes translating complex data into business narratives, maintaining automation, and scaling analytics across global and local teams while working in a

Formación

• Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
• 5+ years analytics experience, including 1–2 years leading analysts
• Very good SQL skills (BigQuery preferred); Python is a plus
• Experience designing and maintaining automations and scalable data models, and AI-first ways of working
• Ability to translate complex data into business language for senior non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau for dashboards
• Cross-functional collaboration across departments and stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a team of 2-3 analysts; organize workload and priorities
• Coach analysts to grow technically and professionally; ensure quality and impact
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders; ensure outputs land where needed
• Lead AI-first initiatives; establish reusable libraries and architectures
• Partner with VP-level stakeholders to understand business needs and surface opportunities
• Build scalable data models and dashboards in Looker/Tableau for non-technical audiences
• Bridge business needs with Data Platform, BI and Product Analytics teams
• Translate metrics into actionable insights and communicate to senior leadership
