Arango seeks a Customer Success Engineer in Europe (Remote) to drive adoption, retention and expansion for strategic accounts. You will engage with executives and operations teams, delivering tailored success plans and onboarding programs across the context data platform domain.

You will resolve advanced issues, coordinate with product and engineering, run QBRs/MBRs to show ROI, and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.

Qualifications

• 5 years in customer-facing roles with engagement and technical training.
• Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, etc.).
• Experience with at least one programming language (C++, Java, JavaScript).
• Unix/Linux system administration fundamentals.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; NoSQL databases.

Responsabilités

• Provide elevated technical support to resolve issues, bugs, upgrades.
• Lead onboarding and adoption with tailored success plans.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers at executive & operational levels.
• Conduct QBRs/MBRs to track ROI & business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Address all customer concerns/questions.
• Keep track of open cases and work with the support team to solve those.
• Serve as the voice of the customer into Product & Engineering.
