You’ll join a multinational team, collaborate across departments, and contribute to high satisfaction levels as you learn new products and grow with the company.

Formación

• German speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a similar customer support role.
• Ability to follow standard processes and stay detail‑oriented under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills; eager to learn new products.

• Provide product information and technical/admin support via phone and email.
• Deliver a personalized customer experience and resolve inquiries efficiently.
