Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team in Barcelona. You will drive growth across European markets by reaching out to whitespace SMB accounts and uncovering high-value opportunities with German and English communications.

You will collaborate with Inside Sales Managers, craft targeted messaging for key verticals, and map organizational structures to engage senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales prospecting, ideally within SaaS, technology, cloud, or complex B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outreach strategies, discovery methodology, and value-based selling principles.
• Native-level German and business fluent English oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical curiosity to perform high-level business diagnostics and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach to engage high-intent prospects.
• Uncover key customer challenges and qualify strategic opportunities via discovery.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to develop targeted messaging for key verticals.
• Map whitespace accounts and establish rapport with senior decision-makers.
• Document pain points and relationships in CRM for seamless deal hand-offs.
