Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region. The role centers on outbound prospecting in a SaaS/tech environment, with a focus on multichannel outreach and value-based selling.

Collaboration with Inside Sales and direct engagement with senior decision-makers are essential. Your German and English fluency will drive qualification, discovery, and pipeline development for our Barcelona-based, onsite team.

Formación

• Experience in outbound sales prospecting, ideally within SaaS, technology, cloud, or complex B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outreach strategies, discovery methodology, and value-based selling.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound Campaign Execution: engage high-intent prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Discovery & Qualification: identify customer challenges and opportunities.
• pipeline collaboration with Inside Sales Managers to tailor messaging.
• Map senior decision-makers and establish initial rapport.
• Maintain CRM data integrity for seamless deal handoffs.
