The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with over a year of sales experience and must thrive in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Confident communicator comfortable with cold calls and video meetings.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and motivated during early-stage expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage high-potential German B2B prospects through multiple channels.
• Qualify leads and deliver well-scoped opportunities to Account Executives.
• Act as a founding contributor in the German expansion, shaping playbooks and processes.
