Object First, now an independent business unit of Veeam, is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to support the DACH market from our Barcelona office in a hybrid setup.

You will generate and qualify leads, drive pipeline growth, and collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to meet daily activity targets and advance opportunities. This role offers clear advancement paths into Inside Sales and Channel Sales, with modern equipment and competitive benefits.

Formación

• At least 1 year of SDR/BDR experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong prospecting and outbound outreach skills.
• Confident in cold calling and handling objections.
• Experience with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualification for German-speaking prospects.
• Generate and qualify new leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and RevenueGrid for sequences.
• Keep accurate activity and lead records in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Collaborate with Field Territory Managers, Inside Sales, and Marketing.
• Meet daily activity KPIs and target weekly qualified meetings.
• Schedule qualified meetings and contribute to pipeline growth.
