You will engage SMBs, conduct outbound outreach, tailor proposals, and maintain CRM pipelines. The role requires German C2 and English C1, a Bachelor's, and proven sales success.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1) required.
• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or account management.
• Proven success working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Identify and engage small and medium-sized businesses with growth potential.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and professional networking channels.
• Understand customer objectives, challenges, and marketing needs through consultative conversations.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and sales proposals.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities within CRM systems.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support new clients through onboarding.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
