CBTalents is seeking a German-Speaking Sales Executive to join its international sales team in Barcelona. This full-time role focuses on new-business acquisition across inbound and outbound channels, from first contact through negotiation and closing.

Requirements include German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and solid knowledge of digital advertising. You should be confident communicating with senior decision-makers and proficient with a CRM such as Salesforce.

Formación

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Proven outbound sales, lead qualification, and new-client acquisition.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage B2B prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate qualified opportunities and build a healthy, consistent sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
