Job summary

TP Spain in Barcelona is seeking a digital sales consultant to drive outbound leads for Local Services Ads and advise on digital advertising strategies for advertisers across EMEA. This target-driven role involves working with a dynamic sales team to grow our client base.

Requirements include German at C2 and English at C1, plus at least 2 years in sales or a customer-facing role. Full-time hybrid position with relocation support and private health insurance, offering clear career growth.

Qualifications

• C2 level of German and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day.
• Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly.
• Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes.
• Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements.
• Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot and elevate issues as needed.
• Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
