Cb Talents Sp in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Executive to own the entire sales journey, from prospecting to close, targeting SMBs and driving digital advertising adoption.

You will lead outbound outreach, discovery calls, and tailored presentations, managing opportunities in Salesforce while hitting revenue targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German proficiency (C2) and advanced English (C1).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with outbound sales and cold calling.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas in a phone-based environment.
• Experience managing a substantial portfolio and generating qualified meetings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of digital advertising solutions such as Pinterest/Meta/Google Ads.

Responsabilités

• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting quarterly revenue objectives.
• Identify SMBs with potential to invest in digital advertising.
• Lead outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Understand customer needs through discovery conversations and present tailored solutions.
• Manage the Salesforce pipeline and keep CRM records accurate.
• Negotiate terms and support onboarding of new advertisers.
• Analyze feedback and market data to improve prospecting and conversion rates.
